Kickboxing

This is a new class added to the Body By Sid program!

     angela kickbox imageKickboxing is a fun way to get a great cardio workout! Come give it a try. This is a medium impact class, that will
take you through punches, kicks, jumps, shadow boxing and more!  Ok, so you will probably feel a little uncoordinated and off balance and stuff in the first class no matter what your fitness level, but  once you get the hang of it, you can progress even higher because everything gets better with practice.

Kickboxing is known to improve your endurance and cardiovascular fitness, tone muscles and is also a way to develop great abs.
You will not be fighting (sparring) other participants!  There is no contact – this is a no-contact exercise…no bags or bodies to hit! (unless you want to imagine someone in front of you! Note: I’m not condoning violence :) )

This class is held every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30pm and will last for 45 minutes.

The instruction will make this a very enjoyable class and have great music! Be ready to push yourself, and remember to keep moving but also keep in mind that you are encouraged to exercise at your own pace.
