Congratulations! You’ve decided it’s time to start exercising and have taken the first step on your way to a new and improved body and mind!
If you’ve never exercised before, I know that beginning an exercise program can be confusing with all of the information that is out there..phew! You ask yourself “where do I start? What do I do”..yes, confusing at best.
“Easy Does It” is a class that will help remove that confusion. This class is designed especially for the beginner. You will start slow and go slow, and aim for small improvements each week. This is the process of what I call from “milk to meat”. You are not quite ready for meat, so you have to stay on the milk for a little while longer. The “meat” is reserved for a later time (mature).
There will be no running or high-impact jumping in this class but different methods of cardio will be performed in the 30 minute session. And 30 minutes is all it takes! Did you know that just 30 minutes of exercise at a moderate pace each day will make a big difference?
So if you are new to exercise, and want a low-impact class, this class is for you! You will be treated as family and taken through each exercise with care and patience.
You will also be introduced to a meal plan to compliment your exercise plan and to help with fat loss.

Remember that any little increment of physical activity is going to be a great boost to weight loss and feeling better! I look forward to working with you! This class will be held for a limited time of 8 weeks. But if the need is there, I will be happy to continue the class!
