Yep! I’ve been personal training for over 12 years now, and those three body parts tend to top the list of most desired improvements and what people want! Right in there would be legs, too!
And, fortunately, part of creating a great looking butt is leg training so it all works out. 😉 You’ve tried on your own and it seems nothing worked like you thought it would. It’s time for a change.
Last year I announced a pilot program that I was going to run on Tuesday and Thursdays, 6pm, in the months of October and November, for a 5 week period. The folks liked the class so much, I’m bringing it back! This is a new, ongoing class for Body By Sid! So if you missed the last time, now is a good time to join the
Triple-A Protection Program – Abs, Arms & Ass!
You will be guided thru glute activation exercises to start working on getting your best butt possible, as well as exercises that will work those arms and abs! At times you may feel the work is intense, but to sculpt your body, it takes hard work.
I’m looking for at least 20 serious people in the surrounding Columbus, Ohio area to be part of these workouts with me and my assistant, Gretchen, for 5 weeks: March 3 – April 2, 2015. Every Tuesday and Thursday, 6pm – 6:50pm.
